In order for us to dispatch the goods on the same working day, we will need to have the order with completed payment before 4pm. Any order placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that if the order is placed before 4pm on Friday, the goods will be with you on Monday except you choose the Saturday guaranteed delivery.
Most of the deliveries will be carried out by courier companies and they will require a signature to hand the goods over to you. If you missed the delivery, you can request a redelivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Depending on the option chosen redelivery may be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt .Goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £20, the buyer must meet this charge
